I went in to for estimate for check light on instrument panel. My gas cap light was indicating an issue. The mechanic hooked my truck for diagnostic testing and was able to determine there was no issue. The guys were great. They could have taken advantage of the situation, especially because I'm new to this state. They would not charge me for their time or the quart of oil they used. That was kind and honest business practice. I will definitely return.

Last week I had the misfortune of my car battery dying right in the middle of the road. I was stressed, stuck, and honestly didn’t know what to do. But Complete Auto Repair came through for me in the biggest way. Moe, the owner, showed up personally with a battery charger, helped me start my engine, and made sure I could move my car safely. Then he took the time to check everything under the hood to make sure nothing else was wrong. That kind of kindness and dedication is rare these days. Moe and his team truly went above and beyond for last week. They are, without a doubt, the best car shop in Bremerton. Came to get balance done on front and they found a miss matched tire on the rear which was causing a vibration and sold me 2 matching tires at a great price fast and quick got me right in and done thanks going to come back in October to get winter tires

⭐ 1 Star — Complete Auto Repair destroyed my car and my finances I cannot warn consumers strongly enough about Complete Auto Repair (also known as LK’s Auto Repair) in Washington State. My experience with them was a nightmare that cost me thousands of dollars, forced me into debt and even temporary homelessness, and left my vehicle totaled. Between October 2024 and January 2025, I brought my Chevy Equinox in for overheating and routine repairs. What followed was an endless cycle of negligent, unprofessional, and deceptive work: They left bolts loose around my engine and exhaust, causing further damage — which they verbally admitted but then concealed on paper. Their welding job clogged my catalytic converter, which they refused to fix unless I paid an additional $1,700. They denied clear evidence of head gasket failure, even when I showed them video proof of steam and leaking from the engine as well as the fouled oil cap. They charged me for an unnecessary alternator replacement — they didn’t even test it before swapping it. After sinking over $4,700 into repairs, they told me the car was now a total loss — after I had spent far too much to walk away. Their incompetence forced me to take on an expensive new car loan, maxed out my credit cards, and left me homeless for several months when I had to choose between paying them or paying my rent. The financial stress crippled my business, causing it to report no income last year and forcing personal sacrifices to cover their damage. Complete Auto Repair manipulated me into spending more money at every step, knowing full well they were not solving the root problems. Their negligence and greed directly ruined my vehicle, my finances, and my well-being. Avoid this shop at all costs. I will be pursuing every available legal remedy and have filed formal complaints with the Attorney General, BBB, Police, and Consumer Affairs. If you value your car, your wallet, and your peace of mind — GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
